 I've adapted by learning to focus on communication and information research and also the way people and society views things before they want to use they're own opinions and personal life choices. one strength I evaluated was researching and listening before going further into answering a question and one challenge I've faced  was to stay on task 

 if someone tried to understand me using only my race, they would miss many of the parts of who i am, my interest,values, and the hobbies that help shape my identity and fail to see any of those experiences that influence the way i think and see the world. My cultural identity is made up of more than just my race, it has my family,traditions,values, and life experiences that all play a factor in who i am this helped me realize that a person cannot be fully understood by looking at only one part of their identity, everyone has different life experiences and personalities that make them unique

 on thanksgiving my family always makes lamb instead of turkey because its a more accurate representation of thanksgiving and its mirrors because most people expect turkey instead. we learned about cultural identity and how different cultures go about names,traditions, and meanings behind what they do. i learned more on the different traditions and origins that come behind names and about why different cultures pick not to celebrate different holidays.

 i want to achieve greater knowledge for the world outside of school once i graduate i´m also going to achieve being a professional athlete and furthering my potential getting better and better as time goes by this will also help me achieve my 3rd goal of being the best athlete i can to make sure i´m checking off my goals of being the best to do it by achieving further and greater knowledge in every course of both school and the world that´ll help a lot by furthering my potential and skill as well as iq.
